It takes at least 8-10 volunteer officials to successfully run a swim meet.  We are always looking for Westfield Aquatics parents to join our Officials team.  For more information on what it takes to become a certified official, please look over the WA Officials Interest Document.  It contains detailed procedures to become an official, as well as an approximate timeline for completion.

Officials are volunteers.  You may fulfill your volunteer obligations to the club by officiating at any of our hosted or co-hosted swim meets.  Additionally, you may be eligible for reimbursement of your USA Swimming Registration and Background Check fees.  Please refer to the WA Officials Reimbursement Policy for details.
